ABOUT US
We’re a charitable organization dedicated to helping local families for 35 years. We work closely with our community’s social protection network to combine essential social support with educational activities that help children in need grow and thrive.
Pequeno Lar Daycare Center is a safe haven where a child’s well-being and learning are our top priorities. We truly believe that education, acceptance, and love can bring about real change.
Since we started, we’ve positively impacted over 2,400 vulnerable families and provided shelter for 2,500 children!

Mission
To foster the comprehensive development of children aged 2 to 5 years and 11 months, particularly those from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds, through early childhood education, food security initiatives, and the prevention of addictions and hazardous behaviors.

Our vision is to establish ourselves as a leading philanthropic educational institution in Espírito Santo, Brazil, dedicated to cultivating more aware and responsible individuals who will contribute to a more just and equitable society.

Children attending the Pequeno Lar daycare center receive the tools and support necessary for healthy development. All activities are carefully planned for their emotional, intellectual, and physical growth. Through stimulating situations and hands-on learning opportunities, children are free to explore their full potential.
What do we do?
We provide free , full-time services to approximately 100 children in vulnerable social situations , offering social assistance activities and services. Socio-pedagogical approaches for early childhood:

. Strengthening family and community ties.
How do we sustain ourselves?
As a charitable institution , we sustain ourselves through donations from supporters, resources from events, the Carlota Social Store (bazaar), and programs that subsidize part of the food costs.
Why do we need your help?
Our current challenge is to carry out expansion and renovation works on our facilities .
Furthermore, paying our employees and covering basic expenses such as electricity and water requires continuous effort to meet our financial obligations.
